01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the pcpc7 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by pcpc7. This Agreement takes effect on the date you register an account or use any part of our platform.

By accessing or using the pcpc7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all stated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the pcpc7 platform immediately.

Pcpc7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the pcpc7 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the registration date.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions that prevent you from using digital entertainment services.
• Register only one (1) account in your own name — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Providing complete, accurate, and valid personal information during registration.
• Never previously banned or blocked by pcpc7.

Pcpc7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of an identity card, passport, or other supporting documents. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03 Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pcpc7 platform. Your account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other party.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your account username and password confidential at all times.
• All activity that occurs in your account, whether you are directly involved or not.
• Ensuring that no other party uses your device to access your pcpc7 account without authorization.
• Notifying pcpc7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Pcpc7 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and a two-factor authentication (2FA) system to protect your account. However, we are not responsible for any losses arising from your own negligence in maintaining account security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Pcpc7 supports multiple payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, and local Malaysia digital wallets. All deposits are processed quickly and securely through a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit updated from time to time.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Pcpc7 does not accept deposits from third parties or unidentifiable sources.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 hours on business days after identity verification is complete.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Pcpc7 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has a different wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Each player is only eligible to receive each type of bonus once unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Pcpc7 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, multi-accounting, or system abuse.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in its respective promotional terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the pcpc7 platform — including Live Casino, slots, fish shooting, bingo, and Sports Betting — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules stated on the relevant game page.

Pcpc7 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies to ensure all game outcomes are random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including pcpc7 itself.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, pcpc7 will endeavor to restore the session to its state before the disruption. If this is not possible, the affected bets will be voided and funds returned.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system must be reported to pcpc7 immediately. Intentional exploitation is a violation of the terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pcpc7 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraud, falsification of information, or attempted money laundering through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make a deposit.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Pcpc7 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons:

• Player's own request to close their account.
• Instructions from legal authorities.
• Suspicious or high-risk activity related to fraud or money laundering.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a terms violation, pcpc7 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending further investigation. For voluntary closures, eligible balances will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the pcpc7 support team through available channels. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without specific approval from pcpc7 management.
